Corporate Services Manager, Leading Sports Organisation, £38-42K, North West

We currently have an excellent vacancy available for a Corporate Services Manager to join a leading sports organisation in the North West. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day delivery of a range of corporate services both internally and externally to members, ensuring excellent standards of administration and service delivery at all times.

This position reports directly into the Corporate Services Director and will involve managing a team of 4 including a office supervisor, legal & insurance services officer, senior administrator and office assistant.

The job role covers a range of responsibilities requiring the highest possible standard of service to be delivered in the following areas:

• Facilities Management & General Office Services
• Legal & Insurance Services
• Fleet Management
• Procurement & Contract Management
• Risk Management
• Corporate Events
• General Management
• Director Support

To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

• Linking service delivery to strategic objectives
• Service management gained within a complex environment
• Leading, organising and motivating a team, developing staff including performance management and appraisals
• Experience across a wide range of categories all mentioned above
• Experience of managing support functions and facilities in a commercial environment, and of building and maintaining effective relationships internally and externally
• Excellent IT skills
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and people management skills
• An ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
• Experience of providing high levels of customer service
