Advertising Sales Manager. Fantastic opportunity to join a leading sports publication!

Our client is a leading sports publisher who are responsible for delivering the industry leading daily paper! 

They are now looking to recruit a talented and articulate Account Manager who can work with some of their largest advertisers to grow revenues with long-term clients of the publisher in question. 

The role will be responsible for... 

• Managing the relationship between the publication & advertiser
• Manage artwork process & print deadlines
• Strategically grow revenues with each advertiser on a daily basis

This is not a cold calling sales role. Instead, our client requires a strong relationship builder who is happy to work with a set portfolio of 6-10 clients.  

You will be the daily contact for your client base and be responsible for identifying opportunities for them to advertise and build their brand reputation with readers of the sports news through a diverse media offering including newspaper, bespoke magazines and websites.  

To be considered for this role, you will require an excellent in-depth knowledge of the advertising sales within a daily publication.  

You will also have excellent communication skills with the confidence and ability to be able to advise clients on the ways with which they can maximise their exposure through the media opportunities that this company offer.
